We have day passes that would be perfect for a once a month visit for our coworking, dedicated desk, and private office space membership. Our team can even book your once a month membership on a recurring basis if that would be of interest.
You can book/reserve a workspace anytime 24/7 on our website. Just follow the easy to use space management system by clicking on the work place of your choice (coworking, meeting room, private office, etc.)
You can (depends on availability). We are open and staffed on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. As well, event spaces are bookable 6 days a week depending on the need.

Unfortunately, no you can’t. We love our employees and want them to have that time off to spend with their families & friends to recharge so they can be ready to serve our member community.
All members are given a unique door unlocking code through our management system upon membership approval. Whether you have a 1 day pass or a private office everyone is given a unique identifying code that works only for you. You will receive a welcome email the day before your workspace is available with specific directions and a helpful guide to help make the first day as easy as possible. As well, with any new process there can be questions… Our staff is available to help in any way possible through email, whatsapp, and the online management system.

Yes, parking is available and free of charge to members and their guests.
We love dogs, so of course, they are allowed. Just remember that if your dog is uncomfortable around a lot of people we suggest you keep them at home as to not stress out your 4 legged family member nor our community of hard-working members.
Yes they are. Our team believes that you shouldn’t have to worry about the details while you are trying to make the world a better place! Our members are allowed free access to any of our snack areas but are asked to maintain decency in how much they take. Leaving enough for your fellow members is an important sign of community.
Guests are always welcome at Coventus and we love having collaboration amongst guests/members. Your membership (depending on its level) will include guest passes each month. Use them how you want as flexibility is paramount to us. Members can also host their own events in our space.
Our Perk Pass is a unique way to feel like a VIP. Once you are a Perk Pass member you will gain FREE ACCESS to specified products that would normally cost a fee. Examples are our Mani/Pedi Days, Feel Good Fridays, and many more. As well, you get discounted Snacks & Coffee at our Cafe. If that isn’t enough, no worries, you will be offered 1st inline seating for our main events and special “fireside” chats with guest speakers, and special access. On top of all that you will also get extra hours (5 hours) of conference room space!
